My Skills and Experiences

My skills and experiences are not just buzzwords on my resume. Doing things just to say I've done them with no real rationale behind it is not who I am. I ensure all my experiences are skills align with who I am and who I want to become.
Agile Collaboration
"A team can only be as good as its weakest member" is something I echo heavily. Ensuring I can create cohesive teamwork dynamics to collaborate on tasks is a main goal of mine.
NACE Competencies
All 8 NACE Competencies of Career & Self-Development, Communication, Critical Thinking, Equity & Inclusion, Leadership, Professionalism, Teamwork, and Technology were developed during my time in the International Scholars Program. I will focus on 4 specifics below:
Equity and Inclusion
- Competency: Values, respects, and learns from diverse cultures, races, ages, genders, sexual orientations, and religions.
As President of the Global Business Society at UF, I oversee a community of 50+ members including domestic students and incoming international exchange students, each arriving with vastly different cultural and professional backgrounds. My goal was to create an inclusive environment where every member felt equipped to build intercultural business skills, regardless of where they came from. I led an executive team of eight to design and execute events, manage budgets, and build partnerships with other student organizations, faculty, and companies . I always focus on centering cross-cultural exchange as the core mission. Under my leadership, the organization has grown into an active hub for intercultural connection at UF, with members gaining tangible skills in global business communication and collaboration.
Leadership
Competency: Motivates and inspires others; organizes, prioritizes, and delegates work appropriately; demonstrates integrity and accountability.
When I stepped into the role of Operations Director at TEDxUF and simultaneously served as President of the Global Business Society, I was managing two high-visibility leadership roles alongside full-time coursework. I needed to lead with clarity and consistency; delegating effectively, keeping teams aligned, and representing both organizations externally to partners, staff, and companies. I built structured communication and delegation systems within my executive team, acted as the primary spokesperson and external contact for the Global Business Society, and applied the organizational and operational skills I'd developed through my international internship experiences to keep initiatives on track. Both organizations have continued to grow and deliver impact, reflecting my ability to lead with purpose, earn trust across teams, and balance competing priorities without losing sight of the bigger mission.
Teamwork & Collaboration
- Competency: Builds and maintains collaborative relationships to work effectively toward common goals, while appreciating diverse viewpoints and shared responsibilities.
At Siemens Digital Industries Software, I joined a fully remote, international marketing team spread across multiple time zones and regions. I needed to contribute meaningfully to team projects while navigating the challenges of remote collaboration and quickly learning enterprise tools like Microsoft Power Platform. I proactively coordinated with teammates across geographies, contributed to shared deliverables including a revitalized Power BI dashboard and a partner website audit scorecard, and aligned my work to broader I successfully delivered multiple tools adopted by the global team, strengthening partner marketing readiness and deepening my ability to collaborate effectively in distributed, multicultural environments.
Communication
Competency: Clearly and effectively exchanges information, ideas, facts, and perspectives with persons inside and outside of an organization.
During my internship at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics in Germany, our team needed to present AI and social media strategy recommendations to senior stakeholders across different departments. I was responsible for researching, developing, and delivering these strategic presentations entirely in both English and German. I synthesized complex AI trends into accessible, actionable insights and tailored the tone and framing for a B2B audience, delivering bilingual reports that bridged technical and marketing perspectives. My presentations were used to inform Hellmann's global marketing strategy, demonstrating my ability to communicate effectively across languages, cultures, and professional disciplines.
Global Strategy
I approach challenges with a data-driven mindset and long-term vision for my organizations. Using the qualitative approach of working with different cultures, while finding a quantitative metric to help support strategy within my orgs fascinates me.
Intercultural Communication
My focus is on bridging communication gaps and building authentic understanding across diverse linguistic landscapes to create seamless international connections.

Educational
Hochschule Osnabrück: Spring 2024

Osnabrück, Germany
During my exchange semester at Hochschule Osnabrück, I studied in an international academic environment while reconnecting with German culture and language. The university is known for its practical, applied learning approach and strong connections to industry.
Living and studying abroad allowed me to experience a different educational system, collaborate with students from diverse backgrounds, and gain a deeper understanding of how cultural context influences both academic and professional environments. This experience strengthened my adaptability, independence, and intercultural awareness while reinforcing my interest in working in global business environments.
On-Campus Involvement
Global Business Society

President Fall 2025- Spring 2026
Global Gator Guide Spring 2023- Spring 2026
The Global Business Society at the University of Florida connects domestic students with international and exchange students through workshops, cultural events, and professional development opportunities. This organization truly shaped my entire undergraduate experience while at the Heavener School of Business.
As a Global Gator Guide, I supported incoming exchange students by helping them navigate housing, transportation, campus resources, and everyday life in Gainesville. This role allowed me to build friendships with students from around the world while strengthening my intercultural communication and leadership skills.
Through dedication to the Global Gator Guide Program, I was able to further expand my involvement in this organization into an executive position. As President my main focus was ensuring overall organization cohesion and strategy planning/implementation. During my time, I made major changes including moving GBS from a Heavener Sponsored Organization to a Heavener Sponsored Program which entails a large internal structural change, providing us with more flexibility but also improved our standing within Heavener as a respected Program. Navigating the constantly evolving political landscape in regards to an overall reduced number of exchange students arriving at UF, I planned a larger strategy to shift our previous focus of supporting primarily incoming international students with adapting to American culture, and instead focused on opportunities to allow American students to learn more about international cultures.

International Programs Student Ambassadors (IPSA)

As an International Programs Student Ambassador, I helped promote global learning opportunities available to students at the University of Florida, including study abroad programs, international internships, and cultural exchange initiatives. In this role, I shared my own international experiences with students considering global opportunities and helped them understand how studying abroad can contribute to both academic growth and professional development.
IPSA is also an International Programs Heavener Sponsored Program, alongside GBS as its sister organization. As President of GBS and an active member of IPSA, I worked with the IPSA Executive Board to collaborate on as many iniatives as possible, presenting at their annual International Symposium and having them present at GBS's semesterly flagship event "Global Gathering". Being able to provide students interested in international opportunities with all available resources to make it happen is incredibly rewarding and I am honored to be part of that process.
Deutschklub (German Club)

The German Club provides a community for students interested in German language, culture, and international exchange. Through cultural events, social gatherings, and language practice, the club promotes intercultural learning on campus.
Because German language and culture have been an important part of my upbringing and academic studies, participating in the German Club allowed me to stay connected to that part of my identity while engaging with others who share an interest in German culture and global perspectives. I have met some of my closest friends here, and it truly has become a home away from home to stay in touch with that part of me.
